Candii was created because there was a clear gap in the recruitment industry one that had been ignored for far too long. For years, candidates were treated like numbers, clients were bounced between consultants, and communication was inconsistent at best. Too many agencies fixated on KPIs instead of people.
Candii was built to change that.
Young entrepreneur Carly Wood knew there had to be a better way, a sweeter way, to connect people. Having worked across multiple industries and seeing, first-hand, the frustration on both sides of the recruitment process, Carly founded Candii in 2025 to be the solution.
